Who Am I?

My name is Damian Hall,

For the past 21 years I’ve been helping people like you break through the endless cycle of conventional ‘diet and exercise’ that weighs on them throughout their life.

I’m obsessively fascinated with human behaviour, and in my time have been coached by some of the brightest minds in the world of neuro-science, psychology and mindset.
